Community Information

With a population nearing 300,000, St. Paul is the capital and second-most populous city in MN.  Located less than 8 miles from the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport near the confluence of the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers, St. Paul boasts a healthy downtown core that houses plenty of activity both day and night.  The area's housing stock showcases the history of early St. Paul, including nationally recognized brownstone row houses and ivy-covered Victorian homes inter-twined with new, modern housing options.  Higher education institutions within St. Paul include 3 public and 8 private colleges and universities and 5 post-secondary institutions.  St. Paul is proud home of the MN Wild, St. Paul Saints, the Science Museum of MN, and the Ordway Center.  The METRO light rail line connects the suburbs to both St. Paul and Minneapolis providing an easy opportunity to take in events within both beautiful cities.
